Sherri’s Art
“I have loved art all my life, though I never considered myself an artist as I was always told my brother was the artist in the family. So, I was a very late bloomer to finding my “muse”. I have learned that I do have talent and am now trying to teach myself some of the classic skills to better develop my abilities. I find that I like all 3 paint mediums, oil, watercolor and acrylic. Though, I seem to be creating differently with each of them. It would have been nice to have formal training, but I think I am doing well with the self training I have employed.” – Sherri Hall
Linda’s Art
“I love Mixed Media, Fiber Arts and Fabric. I started sewing when I was 9 and quilting in the 90’s. My pieces always start with a fabric base and then it progresses with a variety of gelli printing, paintings, ink, thread, feathers, beads and treasures. Crows have been a source os entertainment during Covid shutdowns. Such intelligent and creative creatures.” Linda Henry Boyd
Margie’s Art
“My real love is Mixed Media Art. I make gift cards, collage prints and enjoy painting with acrylics. I also love fabric and embroidery. Art is a real source of joy for me. Color is my inspiration. I put art on hold for years while working. I graduated from college in 1979 with a degree in Art and Photography.” – Margie Fortmann-Ridley
Jane’s Art
“I taught art for 32 years and now I am having fun creating my own art. I have been taking classes and learning new techniques. Before COVID I loved getting together with friends to create together. We motivated and inspired each other to try new media. I love color and have a difficult time limiting that love. I will be showing collages, ceramics, fimo, and painted rocks. I hope you enjoy what you see.” – Jane Morris
